By using CocktaiLab, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and must meet the legal drinking-age requirements that apply where you live. Do not use CocktaiLab to facilitate unlawful alcohol access or service.
Responsible use
CocktaiLab provides cocktail formulation and neutral strength information. It is not a drinking target and does not encourage excessive or dangerous consumption. Never drink and drive. Follow local laws, measure servings, verify ingredient labels, and use appropriate judgment when serving guests.
CocktaiLab does not provide medical advice or guarantees about allergies, medication interactions, pregnancy, addiction, age, or medical suitability. For health or medication questions, consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Drafts and AI output
Suggestions, substitutions, batching guidance, zero-proof alternatives, and adaptations may be generated with AI and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review amounts, yield, dilution, strength, labels, equipment, and service conditions before making or serving a drink. New formulations remain drafts until you approve them.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account, the information you enter, and obtaining permission before saving another person's preferences. You retain ownership of your original content. You grant CocktaiLab a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service for you.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, attempt to access another user's data, reverse engineer protected backend systems, interfere with the service, or use CocktaiLab for unlawful or harmful activity.
Imported material
You are responsible for respecting copyright, attribution, licenses, and other rights in imported recipes, links, images, and source material. CocktaiLab preserves source attribution fields where provided but does not grant rights to third-party material.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, CocktaiLab is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, RecipeLab and Kasota Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
