Email privacy@kasotalabs.ai. Include the app version and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, authentication links, full guest details, medical information, or API keys.
Account access
You can sign in with Apple, Google, email and password, or a magic link when those providers are available. Password recovery links must be opened on a device with CocktaiLab installed.
Scans and inventory
Camera and photo scans return guesses for review. Confirm only items you actually have. You can always add, edit, or remove a bar item manually.
Suggestions and versions
Suggestions use confirmed inventory and the profiles or guests you select. Adaptations and improvements are drafts until you approve a version. Rejected preference guesses are not saved as active memory.
Delete your account
Open Account, choose Delete Account And Data, and type DELETE when prompted. This permanently removes the CocktaiLab account and associated product data. This action cannot be undone.
If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also remove CocktaiLab from your Apple Account under Settings, your name, Sign-In & Security, Sign in with Apple. CocktaiLab responds to Apple credential-revocation notices by returning the app to a signed-out state.
